Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another one when it ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Note: These are estimates—carrier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking info to update. If it’s been more than 3 business days and you still don’t have tracking, hit us up.

Shipping Delays

We’re not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues once the package is out of our hands. That said, we’ll always do our best to help track down any lost-in-transit items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t shown up, please:

  • Double-check your delivery address

  • Look around your property (porch, mailbox, neighbors, etc.)

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
